From a company project to a new neighborhood
The Porte des Alpes, one of the most dynamic economic areas in the urban area, hosts one of Lyon’s flagship industries on nearly 350 hectares: Renault Trucks (AB-Volvo Group, 14,130 jobs).
Tomorrow, on about 100 hectares, the site will host several other business parks in line with its development. This is a new neighborhood serving a flagship project.
A quality environment with excellent connections
The Renault Trucks site, located in the communities of Saint-Priest and Venissieux and near the Technology Park, is next to the Park Parilly, one of the largest wooded areas in the urban area.

Truckland
Renault Trucks plans to build about 16,000 m2 on 7 hectares to develop a flagship image project: Truckland. This global showcase will consolidate the training sector and the sales and marketing departments.
Urban Green Park (without Truckland)
In addition, both sides of the Boulevard Urban, the Urban Green Park will offer 168,000 m2 of net floor space dedicated to economic activities.

In all, this will be an 184,000 m2 project created in eastern Lyon.
95,000 m2 of further net floor space will be devoted to a mixed and diverse supply of housing, including
- 44,000 m2 for the extension of the Cité Berliet and
- 51,500 m2 for the development of the Revaison sector.
Directly linked with the Parc de Parilly and the Feuilly forest, an area of 22 hectares will be devoted to the construction of entertainment facilities.
The program will be fully integrated with the surrounding neighborhoods and will give particular importance to the landscape component.
