Lyon-Vaise digital cluster: real-estate (set up and relocate)
The whole operation represents more than 20 ha situated in the 9th district of Lyon.
On 20 hectares, a new liveable neighborhood
Completed in 2007, the first phase of the project has positioned the Digital Cluster as the host of firms specializing in information, communications and entertainment technology.
Upon completion of a second phase, 110,000 m2 of net service sector floor space and 60,000 m2 of net floor space for housing will be built.
An enviable quality of facilities
Directly in front of the Saône, close to downtown, the Digital Cluster offers a high quality panorama of the trees along the riverbanks and the wooded hills north of Lyon.

Coming soon:
- the construction of the new Laborde School
- the deployment of new business projects: the opening of the APICIL headquarters, and new office projects with services (new nearby brasseries and shops) and the creation of new housing
2nd phase: 2008 - 2015
From 2008 to 2015, 62,500 m2 of net floor space for offices and businesses and 52,000 m2 of net floor space for about 500 residences as well as public facilities (schools, social center, etc.) will be built in the area.
