The goal of the PLUS project is to help reduce CO2 emissions. It aimed to strengthen public policies in the area of public lighting by capitalising on existing practices. The PLUS programme helped to identify and exchange best practices in partner regions to allow their integration in regional operational programmes.

In the context of the PLUS programme, Lyon has contributed its experience by exposing its lighting solutions to the rhythm of the city (lighting times variable from zone to zone)
