A location on a film set

Located on the former site of the Grands Moulins de Strasbourg, next to the Studio 24 which since 2002 has hosted many shoots for cinema and television (especially the series Kamelott) PIXEL already has a lot of momentum.

  • surface area for lease of 12,000 m2
  • 8,000 m2 of land belonging to the Lyon urban community
  • movie studios
  • technical equipment
  • offices

Organized around the flagship building of the sector, a flour mill with facades dressed in metal and polycarbonate, the real estate project offers opportunities for quality facilities.

  • Two buildings with a total rental area of 4,000 m2, delivered in October 2008, are being marketed by Icade.
  • A third building (3,500 m2), the Minoterie [flour mill] (2,500 m2) and the studios (2,000 m2) were delivered in early 2009.

The driving force for the project, the Imaginove competitiveness cluster set up on the PIXEL site in November 2008.
