Implemented by the Lyon‑Saint Exupéry Airport, the “Airport Helpers” provide high‑quality, pertinent information to travelers and those who accompany them.
Personnel from airport businesses, who have been specially recruited and trained, inform and guide visitors for business travel at the site. Very much appreciated by passengers, the initiative has already mobilized over 500 volunteers!
