Encounters leading to successful innovation projects!
- The show format is based on quick presentations, where companies, smaller ones for the most part, give a ten-minute summary of the products and services they have brought to the market following an R&D partnership with a research laboratory.
- There are also round tables to enable better preparation for tomorrow's market needs (analyses and innovation strategies by the leading players and specialists in the major sectors).
- Workshops provide a key to the support possibilities available for innovation.
New in 2012: access to a broad selection of patents and their R&D support
Research establishments analyze the needs of visitors who are developing an innovation project.
If an unused patent can provide an answer to a particular need, the visitor is given an appointment to ensure proper comprehension of the need and define with him or her the R&D action to be carried out to support the transfer of know-how.
The CNRS participates in this initiative in the context of its PR2 project with a portfolio of approximately 1,000 available patent families.
A proven meeting format
- High-quality encounters: the cross-validation of meeting appointments guarantees matching exhibitors' skills with the needs of visitors who are project developers.
- Pertinent contacts: the description of both R&D offers and needs guarantees encounters between preselected and pertinent professionals.
- Efficiency: the scheduling of meetings takes into account priorities and availabilities.
